Casting Concrete
Why cast concrete structures? The short answer is "puppy proofing". All the buildings and kits we found are plastic or thin laser cut plywood, neither of which will hold up to the elements for very long, let alone a hundred pounds of german shepherd smashing into it. We turned to concrete. Concrete blocks with a veneer of cast concrete patch to be exact.
We started with the downtown marketplace. We progressed to a railroad company house. Now we're designing our own mold patterns.
